2022 Property Bus Tour
Two buses filled with IAA members drove around central Indiana touring six new and renovated properties on May 19. This event provided the perfect opportunity to view unique floor plans, discover recent industry trends and amenities, network with other multifamily professionals, and obtain great ideas for future renovations.
The buses separated to explore the first three properties, joined back together at IAA for lunch, then separated again for the remaining three properties. This format allowed for more time at each property and supplied ample time to network and engage with other members.
Attendees toured six remarkable apartment communities in the Indianapolis market during the event, some new and some renovated. Properties included:
