NAA Resources & Membership Benefits

As soon as your NAA membership is activated, you’ll gain access to a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support your success. These include strategic resources, educational programs, operational tools, networking opportunities, and advocacy initiatives.

Below is a listing that details some of the offerings NAA provides to its members or you can download the membership benefits brochure.

The Click & Lease program is the industry’s most widely used standardized lease form, trusted by major multifamily REITs and real estate firms across the country. Designed for efficiency, it offers a mobile-friendly, online platform that allows users to quickly generate lease agreements and addenda. With constantly changing state and local regulations, Click & Lease ensures compliance by continuously updating lease language based on expert legal reviews. The program covers every aspect of the rental process, providing a seamless, legally sound leasing experience. Plus, its units-based pricing structure keeps costs predictable, charging per unit rather than per printed form page.
Government Affairs and Legislation Advocacy

Dedicated solely to the apartment industry, the federated structure of NAA enables the industry to represent its members and advocate on federal, state and local policy issues. The National Apartment Association’s Federal Advocacy ensures that the multifamily housing industry can easily remain engaged at the national level. Through a robust policy issue library and a legislative tracker, NAA provides members with real-time updates on federal proposals that could impact rental housing. The Hot Issues tab highlights the most pressing national policy challenges, keeping industry professionals informed on key legislative priorities. Apartment Advocate, NAA’s bi-monthly publication, serves as a centralized resource for federal advocacy efforts, offering updates on congressional actions and regulatory changes. With these tools, NAA empowers its members to navigate the federal legislative landscape and advocate for policies that support a strong and sustainable rental housing industry.

NAAPAC

The National Apartment Association Political Action Committee (NAAPAC) is the bipartisan voice of the apartment housing industry in Washington. With policymakers shaping regulations on everything from fair housing to environmental policy, it is critical that our industry remains engaged in the political process. NAAPAC is the only way NAA and its members can support federal candidates who understand the challenges facing rental housing. Contributions help build credibility, ensuring lawmakers consider the needs of housing providers when crafting legislation. While state and local PACs focus on regional issues, NAAPAC strengthens our influence at the national level. It is not about party affiliation but about electing candidates who support responsible housing policy. Legislative success depends on participation, and without industry engagement, key decisions will be made without our input. Every contribution helps protect the future of rental housing. Contribute to NAAPAC here.

The National Apartment Association offers a range of education and training programs designed to support industry professionals at all levels. These resources include credential programs, online learning, and a comprehensive library of webinars covering key topics in property management.
