What to Wear
Dress is business casual throughout the conference. The Prodigy Awards Dinner is cocktail attire.
Host Hotel
The 2024 MMC host hotel is the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown
(350 W. Maryland St. Indianapolis, IN).
Overflow rooms were available at the Courtyard Indianapolis Downtown
(601 W. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN).
Parking Options
With 73,000+ parking spots, from convenient street parking to garage spots, it's easy to find a spot to park downtown. One of the closest and most convenient is Plaza Park Garage at 10 South Capital Avenue. You can book a parking spot before the conference on Arrive.

Be sure to check out our education sessions before the conference to plan which you want to attend.
Conference Plans

See below for details on what each plan includes:
- Plan A – Full Conference
Includes all lunches, seminars, and trade show access for both Tuesday (10/29) and Wednesday (10/30), as well as admission to the Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner on Wednesday (10/30) for one attendee. If you are in a maintenance role, this plan also includes a MESH ticket for Wednesday (10/30).
- Plan B - First Day Only
Includes lunch, all seminars, and trade show access on Tuesday (10/29) only for one attendee. This plan does not include admission to the Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner or MESH ticket.
- Plan E - First Day Trade Show Only
Includes trade show access for Tuesday (10/29) only for one attendee. This plan not include lunch, seminars, or a MESH ticket.
- Plan C – Second Day Only
Includes lunch, all seminars, and trade show access on Wednesday (10/30) only for one attendee. This plan does not include admission to the Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner. If you are in a maintenance role, this plan also includes a MESH ticket for Wednesday (10/30).
- Plan F – Second Day Trade Show Only
Includes trade show access for Wednesday (10/30) only for one attendee. This plan not include lunch, seminars, or a MESH ticket.
- Plan G – Maintenance Package
Includes lunch, afternoon seminar, trade show access, and a MESH ticket on Wednesday (10/30) only for one attendee. This plan does not include sessions prior to lunch or admission to the Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner.
*Note: Plans cannot be shared between multiple people. Each person must be registered for their own plan.
Door Prizes on the Trade Show Floor:
Make sure to bring plenty of business cards to enter in for prizes at booths on the trade show floor!
- On Tuesday, October 29 door prize winners will be announced on the tradeshow floor at 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, and 4:30 PM.
- On Wednesday, October 30 door prize winners will be announced on the tradeshow floor at 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00pm.
Trade Show Game
We will have a trade show game on Wednesday, October 30th with a chance to win $1,500 cash! You will visit booths at the trade show and receive a ticket to enter into a drawing. Collect as many tickets as you can, write your name and company on the back, and turn them in by 3:00pm to be entered. The drawing will be held on the trade show floor on Wednesday at 3:15pm. You must be present to win the cash!
Lunch and Awards
We have so much to celebrate that we couldn't fit it all into one event! Join us on Wednesday, October 30 at 11:45 AM in the Sagamore Ballroom at the Indiana Convention Center for lunch as we begin to celebrate this year's award winners.

Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner
Join us on Wednesday, October 30 at 7:00 PM at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (350 W. Maryland St. Indianapolis, IN) for the annual Midwest Prodigy Awards Dinner to celebrate the best of the best in the industry. A cocktail reception at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown will precede dinner and begin at 6:00 PM. The dress code is cocktail attire.
