Webinar: Advanced Leasing Techniques

Leasing is a combination of art + science. In this course, we will not be running through basic objection responses or how to build the best template. We will discuss how to weave your advanced knowledge of your property and your market into responses to basic questions. You will also learn how to use new information that navigates your customer to a place of confidence in their buying decision.

Meet Your Instructor: Katrina Greene started in the industry in 2001 as a temporary leasing associate and is now a Senior Property Manager for Sheehan Property Management. Katrina currently oversees a portfolio of 3,500+ units which includes student housing, conventional, retail, and Section 8 communities. She is the 2019 YPM Committee Chairperson and has been a guest speaker in courses at Ball State in the RPM program.
