Maintenance Fair Housing
The majority of Fair Housing violations come from some sort of maintenance issue. Maintenance staff have the most interaction with residents and thereby have the most potential for Fair Housing violations. It is imperative that your staff have the latest Fair Housing information in order to avoid a complaint.
Maintenance staff typically have many questions on proper procedures relative to Fair Housing. This session will answer the most common concerns and provide answers and tips on how to handle many situations. We will explore common scenarios and what the proper responses should be. The goal is to keep maintenance staff in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
