Instructor
Dan went into private practice in 2002 to address the needs of local small businesses and landlords throughout central Indiana. The Dan’s practice quickly evolved from a single attorney handling housing law and consumer debt collection to the Sandlin Law Group and a team of legal professionals serving clients over a wide array of services such as personal injury, family law, estate planning, and criminal defense.
Dan earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University (Indianapolis) (BS ’95). He earned his law degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law (JD ‘2000). For over two decades he has been admitted for practice with the Indiana State Bar and the Southern Indiana District of the United States Federal District Courts. Additionally, Dan is admitted for practice with the Texas State Bar.
Dan served in the Indiana Army National Guard and earned the rank of Captain. Dan is proud native Hoosier and enjoys his free time on his farm with his wife and children in Westfield, Indiana.
