Originally created in 2008 to honor Sally A. Lentz-Crouse, a trailblazer in the multifamily industry, this program carries forward her legacy of mentorship, leadership, and career transformation. Featuring five high-impact virtual workshops and an in-person Visionary Leadership Capstone, this annual series is designed to shape the next generation of emotionally intelligent multifamily leaders.

Session 1: Unlocking the Power of Multipliers with Emotional Intelligence

In this session, inspired by Liz Wiseman’s Multipliers, you’ll discover a powerful leadership approach that unlocks team potential, boosts engagement, and fosters a culture of shared success. You’ll learn how to shift from managing tasks to empowering people by leading with emotional intelligence, building trust, and creating an environment where your team thinks, contributes, and excels.

Session 2: Leading with Vision and Values

Are you leading with clarity and purpose—or just managing tasks? Great leaders don’t just set goals—they instill their company’s core values and inspire a shared vision that drives team success. Building on the Multipliers mindset from Session 1, this session will help you clarify your leadership values, align team priorities with organizational goals, and empower your team to achieve more together. You’ll develop the visionary leadership style to energize and unify your team by connecting daily work to a bigger purpose. With a clear vision and strong values, you’ll cultivate a team culture of commitment and engagement.

Session 3: Mastering Time for Strategic Leadership

Are you leading proactively—or constantly putting out fires? Great leaders don’t just manage time; they invest it strategically to drive results and develop their teams. Building on visionary leadership and values alignment from Session 2, this session equips you with proven time management strategies to balance daily operational demands with long-term leadership impact. You’ll learn how to prioritize high-value activities, strengthen team communication, and create a culture of productivity.

Session 4: The Power of Delegation - Empowering Your Team for Success

Are you leading at the right level—or doing too much yourself? Great leaders don’t just complete tasks—they elevate their teams by delegating effectively and creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and growth. Building on strategic time management and leadership presence from Session 3, this session will equip you with the practical skills to delegate with confidence. You’ll learn how to assign responsibilities effectively, set clear expectations, and provide the right level of support—freeing yourself to focus on higher-level leadership while developing your team’s potential.

Session 5: Coaching for Growth - Developing and Retaining Top Talent

Are you truly developing your team—or just managing their performance? Great leaders don’t just oversee work—they invest in people and use coaching to unlock potential and build confidence. Building on delegation and empowerment from Session 4, this session focuses on coaching as a leadership superpower—helping team members grow, overcome challenges, and stay engaged. You’ll learn how to ask the right questions, provide meaningful feedback, and foster a culture of development that retains top talent.

Session 6: Leadership in Action - Your Impact Starts Now

Are you ready to turn your leadership growth into lasting impact? Great leaders don’t just learn—they commit to action and shape their teams and organizations through intentional leadership. Building on everything learned throughout the Mindful Leadership at Every Level program, this culminating in-person session at the MMC is where knowledge becomes impact. You’ll synthesize key insights, further define your leadership vision, and complete your Leadership Impact Plan—a roadmap for sustainable growth and success. Through reflection, goal setting, and this powerful Visionary Leadership Capstone, you’ll solidify your leadership path and step forward with greater confidence and clarity.

This final session will take place at the Indiana Apartment Association Education Center at 9200 Keystone Crossing Suite 150, Indianapolis, IN 46240.

   

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: In order to earn Continuing Education Credits (CEC's), viewers must attend the live in-person or virtual class. No credit will be earned from watching the recording posted to our website following the class. Attendees are encouraged to turn on their video camera and participate in any poll questions/open discussion from the speaker(s). Credit hours are based on webinar duration.
