SAL Visionary Leadership Program
This class is multiple days: June 25, July 23, August 27, September 11 & October 8
All class dates will be Hybrid (online OR in-person). In-person learning will take place in IAA's Education Center, located at 9200 Keystone Crossing Suite 150, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
The SAL Leadership Series empowers successful, experienced multifamily leaders to grow their management skills and become visionary leaders to inspire their teams. This program continues to be updated to bring our members the cutting-edge tools, knowledge, and practices to become more dynamic, emotionally intelligent leaders.

- Kickoff Orientation + Workshop Day 1: June 25 from 9am - 1pm EST
- Additional Workshop Dates: July 23, August 27 & September 11 from 9am - 12pm EST
- Visionary Capstone Date: October 8 from 9am - 1pm EST
- In-person attendees (lunch will be provided starting at noon)
- Virtual attendees, the roundtable ends at noon EST

Member: $750 Workshop & Capstone, $550 Workshop Only
Non-Member: $1,050 Workshop & Capstone, $770 Workshop Only
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT: In order to earn Continuing Education Credits (CEC's), viewers must attend the live in-person or virtual class. No credit will be earned from watching the recording posted to our website following the class. Attendees are encouraged to turn on their video camera and participate in any poll questions/open discussion from the speaker(s). Credit hours are based on webinar duration.
Instructor
Tom Meier is a human resource consultant with more than 25 years of experience in organizational and employee development. His areas of expertise include career management, leadership development, personality assessment, and organizational change. Tom’s client service background has ranged from workshop facilitation for large groups to providing individualized coaching services for executive, management, and staff-level employees. In addition to graduating from Indiana University, Tom has received the Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coaching certification and is qualified to administer the Strong Interest Inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Lominger suite of 360 development products, and The Hogan series of workplace performance assessments. Industries served include property management, insurance, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, service, academia, and not-for-profits. Clients Tom has partnered with include IAA, JP Morgan Chase, Unum Insurance, Indiana Farm Bureau, Lincoln National Insurance, Butler University, Eli Lilly and Company, Hewlett Packard, and Sallie Mae.
