Partnering in Service
There is nothing more powerful than a well-oiled team that works with one heart and one purpose: to keep residents happy and wanting to stay. But for a team to work well together, team members have to communicate effectively, trust each other, understand what each member of the team contributes, and celebrate that contribution.
In this session, Petra Marquart will share her insights on how to build a strong team based on respect, how to know what team members/residents expect, how to willingly serve one another, and how to build trust that is durable and strong.

Petra Marquart is an inspirational speaker who has received rave reviews at property management conventions, conferences, and meetings around the globe.
She is principal in the global speaking and training firm, Petra Marquart and Associates. In addition, Petra developed and taught Introduction to Property Management and On-site Apartment Management courses for Hennepin Technical College as well as the management section of the Certified Resident Manager program for the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.
Whether speaking on customer service, leadership, personal power, or performance, Marquart’s skilled stage presence comes, in part, from her experience as a performer in Las Vegas with such stars as Elvis Presley, Tina Turner and some of the most recognized names in the world.
