David Fritsche

Tammy Longo is a Regional Sales Executive with ALN Apartment Data in the Northeast region. In 2003 she was first introduced to the multifamily housing industry when she moved from New York to Virginia and accepted a position as a leasing agent. Over her exciting 18-year career, she has enjoyed life in operations, marketing, and on the vendor side of multifamily. She loves to connect with our industry and is actively involved in the Virginia Apartment Management Association and The National Apartment Association participating on boards, teaching credential classes, and speaking at conferences including the N.A.A. Educational Conference. 

Chad Moulin

Chad Moulin has been in the field of property management for over 20 years. Chad has earned his CAMT designation through NAA, as well as being recognized many times over as a leader in property management maintenance. Starting out as a groundskeeper and working his way up through the ranks of property management Chad has held and excelled at many different positions. In 2012, Chad created Prop Ops: Property Operations Training and Consulting. His goal is to bring a higher standard and more in-depth type of training to the world of property management through a maintenance perspective

Pam Pederson

Pam has a unique ability to provide training materials in a captivating and entertaining format and facilitates presentations and webinars nationally for the Multifamily industry.  She began her career over 35 years ago with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her next role led her to the Gene B. Glick Company, enjoying 23 years in various positions, including the Director of Training for nine years.  In 2017, Pam joined Edge2Learn as the Director of Engagement and Communications, where she shared her passion for training until she retired from full-time employment in 2022. 

In 2023, she launched Pam Pederson – Enthusiastically Consulting, taking what she’s learned to help others continue their learning journey.

Todd Whitlow is a partner and co-founder of Brownlee Whitlow & Praet, PLLC, where he has been representing members of the rental housing industry for over fifteen years. Todd serves the industry through active participation at the national, state and local levels as a member of multiple committees with NAA, the South Carolina Apartment Association and Apartment Association of North Carolina, along with a number of local affiliates throughout NC, SC and GA. Todd is a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute. Todd is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Campbell University School of Law, where he graduated with honors.
