Fair Housing implications of video tours?  



I've heard of many communities whose on-site teams are conducting FaceTime tours or sending recorded videos to prospects during the leasing process, often on personal mobile devices.

  1. Do you have a process for using recorded or live video tours for specific prospects?
    • If yes, what is that process?
    • If no, do you think your on-site teams might use video on their own?
  2. What (if any) are the Fair Housing implications of not including Fair Housing logotype in these videos?
