Printed Membership Directory
The Indiana Apartment Association prints a Membership Directory annually. This directory is mailed to our members each year and includes the names and contact information of all of our members.
IAA prints only one directory each year, however, members do have access to our on-line directory (user name and password is required).
Advertising opportunities are available for the printed directory. For more information or to get advertising rates, contact Chelsea Conover at [email protected] or 317-816-8900.

Apartment communities have a unique opportunity for all of their residents to band together to help keep their homes safe and secure from intruders. At IAA we implore all of our member communities to be vigilant in their efforts to fight crime by creating an atmosphere of trust between residents and the local police departments.
We provide our members a road map for a successful Neighborhood Watch Program. Through years of working with police agencies and our members, we have created a Neighborhood Watch Manual, which we provide to each member apartment community free of charge. Apartment managers can order additional manuals for $29.95 plus shipping and handling.
To receive your free copy of the Neighborhood Watch Manual, call IAA at 317-816-8900 or e-mail [email protected]

The Indiana Apartment Association has represented owners and managers in the multifamily housing industry since 1931. The INSites magazine is the official publication of IAA. We publish six issues a year and mail them to property owners, management company representatives, as well as onsite community managers and maintenance superintendents. Our mailing list includes more than 3,000 industry professionals. Our members rely on INSites for the latest state and local industry news and information.
We will mail six issues of INSites in January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October and November/December. Non-Members may advertise in INSites at rates 1.5 times the member rates. Non-member advertisers must pay in advance.
Each year IAA prints an annual Membership Directory. This Directory is mailed to all IAA members. The listings within includes the names and contact information for all of our members.
IAA offers a variety of electronic advertising options. Some of those options include:
- Banner ad on IAA website homepage
- Half banner ad on IAA’s weekly e-newsletter, the Multifamily Minute
- Square ad on the sidebar of the Multifamily Minute
